Cobra Software Group, LLC™ was organized after more than fifteen years of experience in writing software for the Corrections industry. We continue to supply not only the correctional industry, but also the medical industry with state of the art GAAP approved financial software. Software and support for all programs developed by Cobra are supported from within this Company. We do not sub contract technical assistance from 3rd party vendors.

CSG is run by Chuck Swanson III. Mr. Swanson is assisted by a Project Manager who operates the day to day projects in Cobra. The staff she oversees consists of 2 DBA's, 4 programmers, 4 software testers and 2 technical writers who develop all the manuals for CSG. Since most of our software is installed across the country, we also have 12 software technicians throughout the country that service our product in our client locations.
